The Silent Grind: My First Step into Code, GitHub, and Real Projects

Most people watch tutorials.
I decided to build something.

👨‍💻 What I Built

My first project: a classic Hangman Game in Python 🐍

✅ No frameworks
✅ No copy-paste
✅ Just logic, loops, and learning from @geeksforgeeks

I learned how:

  • Core logic matters more than fancy tools

  • Clean structure makes debugging easier

  • Code becomes fun when it works on your terms

💡 Why I Built It

This was my first real attempt to not just “learn” but to prove.
I wanted to:

  • Start a public dev journey

  • Post on GitHub like professionals

  • Build consistency that most skip

🧠 Lessons I Learned

  • Start simple. Finish strong.

  • GitHub is not scary — it’s a weapon.

  • Posting on X and Hashnode builds long-term visibility.

  • One project is better than 10 unfinished tutorials.

🎯 What’s Next

  • HTML + CSS projects coming next

  • Then I move to JavaScript

  • Posting daily updates on X: @iixpreyliet

  • Building silently, consistently, and without excuses.

🧩 Final Words

“If you want to stay ahead, move in silence.
Let your results be the noise.”

This is just the start.
Let’s see how far I can push this.
